- When do I get my files?
- Immediately. The download links appear on your order confirmation the moment payment is confirmed — there is no waiting on an email and no manual approval step.
- I lost my download link. Can I get it back?
- Yes. Go to “Find my downloads”, enter your order number and the email you bought with, and your links are reissued. You do not need an account.
- How long do download links last?
- Each link has an expiry and a re-download limit, both shown on the product page before you buy. If you run out, use the order lookup to have fresh links issued.
- Do I need a subscription?
- No. Every product is a one-off purchase, and that purchase includes future updates to the same file.
- What am I allowed to do with a file I bought?
- Use it in your own personal and commercial projects as often as you like. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves. Full terms are on the licensing page, and a product page overrides them if it says something different.
- Can I get a refund?
- Digital downloads are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so purchases aren't refundable as a rule. If a file is broken or not what the page described, email support@pixelcrate.test and it will be put right.
