Crashquotes turns a smashed bumper into a structured job. The customer files a report with photos; the backend asks an assessment API for parts, severity and cost; they review the estimate, accept it, and pay a deposit on the same screen. Built for a body shop, a fleet desk, or anyone who is tired of quoting from a phone camera and a spreadsheet. What ships: - Customer accounts, new-report flow, and a photo upload that is required — not optional - Background estimate generation with a parts breakdown and a running total - Accept-and-pay: a 10% deposit checkout (mock card today, swap the gateway when you are ready) - Admin inbox for every report, estimate and deposit status - React + Vite frontend and an Express + MySQL API, already split so you can scale them separately The live demo is the real product. File a report, watch the estimate land, and you will know whether this belongs on your own domain.
