Why your download link expires (and how to get a new one)

Every file you buy here is served through a link tied to your specific order — not a public URL anyone could guess or share. That link also has a download cap and an expiry, usually a few days.

That's not to be difficult. Public, unlimited links get scraped and reshared within hours, and once that happens there's no way to tell a real customer from someone who found a leaked link.

If yours has expired, it's a two-minute fix: go to "Find my downloads", enter your order number and the email you checked out with, and we'll show your files again. No need to contact support unless that doesn't work.
