Why your download link expires (and how to get a new one)

Every file you buy here is served through a link tied to your specific order — not a public URL anyone could guess or share. That link also has a download cap and an expiry, usually a few days.

That's not to be difficult. Public, unlimited links get scraped and reshared within hours, and once that happens there's no way to tell a real customer from someone who found a leaked link.

If yours has expired, it's a two-minute fix: go to Find my downloads, enter your order number and the email you checked out with, and we'll show your files again. No need to contact support unless that doesn't work.

The same rule is written into the license: you bought a download, not a public file on the open web.
