How we vet every seller submission

When someone new starts selling on Pixelcrate, their first upload doesn't go live automatically. It lands in a review queue instead.

We're not checking for typos. We're checking that the file matches what the listing promises, that it isn't something that infringes on somebody else's work, and that it will actually open in the format we say it will.

• A working preview of the actual deliverable, not just the cover image
• A description that doesn't overstate what's inside
• No trademarked names used as if they were the seller's own product

If something needs changing, the seller gets a specific reason back — not just a rejection. Most submissions clear review within a day.
